I don't have any really good ideas, but I haven't come across this (yet), and all my projects use cslibs/1.0/3.4/... Maybe try 1.0 instead of 1.5... I also don't see airglobal.swc. I would have thought...

Another user just had it happen, so it appears those changes had no effect. I'm going to try to get a crash dump from them and I'll attach it here.

It looks like you're loading the HTML component as part of the app startup process. Is that right? Maybe try delaying it with a small timer and add it after everything finishes initializing.
